Obsessed with all things music and technology, Caroline is a Houston-based open-format DJ who specializes in house music. During college, Caroline developed a deep love for DJing and decided to enter her school's "Battle of the DJs" competition after having only been DJing for about six months prior. She practiced every day leading up to the competition and never expected that she would do as well as she did. To her surprise, she won the whole competition! This was just the start of her DJing journey. Soon after, she started performing for various events around her college town and diving deeper into the technology and math behind the art of DJing. As her time at college came to a close, Caroline ventured to Spain, where she received her master's degree in Music Production and Technology. She began working in recording studios around the world, all the while continuing to build her DJ skills until she finally returned home to Houston.
Upon her return to Houston, Caroline sought out opportunities to DJ at every venue and event she could find. She performed at venues like Bauhuas, Avant Gardens, Noto Houston, and even got the chance to play during Houston's Pride festival. She eventually made her way into the wedding industry in 2021 and has been loving getting to connect with couples all around Houston and surrounding cities. Caroline has loved getting to be a part of weddings because it gives her an opportunity to be creative in multiple genres of music while also getting to be a part of such special moments in the lives of newlyweds. In addition to DJing, Caroline is also an audio engineer and audiovisual technician working on large-scale events of all kinds. She has found that being an audio engineer has helped shape her skills as a DJ and has allowed her to add more unique touches to her events. Currently, she is working on combining lighting and audio together on her DJ console in order to create a club-like environment at any event!

She was professional, attentive, and genuinely excited to help us create the vibe we wanted for our big day. She was responsive and communicative with both me and our wedding coordinator, always quick to reply. Any time I reached out with a question or needed paperwork, she had already sent everything to our coordinator or venue in advance, which made working with her incredibly easy. Our venue had some strict rules, and she was willing to go the extra mile to work within their regulations. Caroline took the initiative to meet with us in person, and after our conversation, I knew we were in good hands. She asked thoughtful questions that hadn't crossed my mind about music we did not want played and specific songs for key moments, which helped shape the event. She offered helpful suggestions and ideas, listened to our vision, and helped me craft a seamless event schedule. We wanted a lively dance floor, but also wanted the wedding to have the relaxed, laid-back feel of a backyard barbecue, and Caroline brought our nontraditional vision to life. Caroline also did a great job with announcements and ensuring the event ran smoothly. Caroline knows how to read the room and host a party. We highly recommend working with her!
