With deep roots in both the arts and executive worlds, they bring a passionate and intentional sense of leadership to their team of exceptional creatives. At the heart of it all is a simple belief: extraordinary events begin with extraordinary people, and nothing excites them more than making those connections happen. Elissa is a dedicated composer, vocalist, and video artist. Drawing from her experience in both creative and entrepreneurial spaces, she is passionate about championing creatives, and building meaningful connections between artists and the clients they serve. When she's not serving as the OG DJ Godmother of the indie arts community, you can probably find Elissa working on a cut paper animation, notating orchestral arrangements, or paddle boarding with her 5 lb. brussels griffon PJ Harvey. 🐾 More on Elissa, here. Erica boasts nearly two decades as a global leader in sales consulting, specifically in the field of growth-oriented software. She is passionate about carving out more space for female leadership, as well as the democratization of learning & development coaching.
