Q: WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?
A: Our photo booths are currently available within 100 miles of Chicago.
Q: When will we select our backdrop / print options? (Ring Roamer only)
A: One month before your big day, our photo booth manager will reach out to confirm these details. Our most popular backdrop is an rose gold glitter back drop.
Q: How much floor space does the photo booth take up?
A: The photo booth itself doesn’t take up much space, but between the backdrop, photobooth area and props, you will want to have it in its own area. Probably a 10x10 area is good, but you can talk more to our photo booth manager on where to place it for an optimal situation.
Q: When will we receive our digital images?
A: You will receive your digital images within 48 hours.
Q: Does the photo booth come with prints?
A: Our Ring Roamer Plus package comes with unlimited prints.
Q: What’s the difference between the Ring Roamer & Ring Roamer Plus?
A: The main difference between the Ring Roamer & Ring Roamer Plus is the printing option. Ringer Roamer is digital only.
Q: How long does it take to set up?
A: It takes roughly one hour to complete setup :)
Q: Do we need a vendor meal for the photo booth attendant?
A: The photo booth attendant typically works between the hours of 8-12. If this is the case for your event, a meal will not need to be provided. That said, if you decide to have the photo booth open during the cocktail hour, we do ask for a meal to be provided. Basically, if the photo booth attendant has to be there during dinner, we kindly ask for a meal to be provided. Thank you!
