Ever since Gabe picked up the saxophone in third grade, music has been the main focus of his life. Throughout his musical journey, Gabe has performed in a slew of live bands (from jazz to rock to metal), and has now found his place as a DJ and electronic music producer. What began as a hobby while studying Audio Design and Production at Columbia College Chicago, has now turned into a life long path. Performing at some of the top clubs and music festivals in the United States, Gabe is no stranger to different genres and styles ranging from EDM, to hip-hop, to Top 40.

Over the years, Gabe has built a name for himself in the Chicago music scene, by DJing, engineering for local musicians, producing original compositions, and studying Audio Production and Music Business at Columbia College.

Gabe is known for his ability to seamlessly mix between many different styles, creating a unique and enjoyable experience for the listeners. With a knowledge of music and experience spanning all genres, and the skills to tastefully blend them, you can be sure that Gabe will have the perfect playlist for whatever the occasion may be.

We used Green Line Talent for our wedding in Chicago on October 7th, 2023. Imani & Elissa, the GLT owners, did a fantastic job with communication! You can tell they take a lot of pride in their business. And on our wedding day, our DJ Gabe also did a great job. He flawlessly executed all the ceremony music and he perfectly set the mood for cocktail hour and dinner. He also kept the dance floor bumping literally until the last song of the night. Gabe was very sweet and easy to work with the day of our wedding! We would definitely recommend!

I'm so happy we went with Green Line Talent. They were very responsive and helpful through the whole process. Gabe was amazing! My husband had a very specific bridal party intro with timings and a military sword arch and Gabe nailed it. We also had to stray from the original timeline we gave him a bit and he went with the flow, double checking with us first to make sure that's how we wanted things. He killed it with the music choices. I was especially ecstatic during dinner when we had indie/alternative music played and just given him band names to go off of, he happened to pick my favorite songs from each band. Everyone had a blast on the dance floor and I felt like he read the variety of music tastes in the room very well. Thank you for making our day so special!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Green Line Talent and Gabe for our wedding in Chicago in May 2023. Green Line was super responsive and easy to work with. They listened to our preferences and shared playlists of DJs that fit our vibe. We ultimately chose Gabe, who made all of our wedding day dance floor dreams come true! Gabe was super attentive and even went above and beyond for us to create a special mix we hoped to use for our first dance. He took into account our requests and do-not-plays, while flexing his artistry and skill. Of all the complements we received from guests, the overwhelming majority were about Gabe and how much they loved the dance floor! I am not exaggerating when I say that every single song was a banger! I remember reading many DJ reviews before going with Green Line where brides remarked that the dance floor was full all night, but I was always doubtful. Well, now I'm one of those brides, but I hope you believe me when I say that our dance floor was packed all night, thanks to Gabe and Green Line! We had the time of our lives!

Green Line Talent was super easy to work with, really helpful, and I appreciated how most of the planning could be done via an online form but that staff were available if we had questions. We planned our wedding from abroad so it was super helpful to have a form that we could come back to when we were ready/not have to coordinate more Zoom meetings. Gabe was our DJ and was amazing! He was super easy going before the wedding and day-of he exceeded our expectations. He really knew how to read the room and had everyone dancing all night. We got so many compliments from our guests saying they loved Gabe!

Cannot say enough great things about this company. The owners are both so sweet, informative, and helpful. We got the pleasure of having Gabe as our DJ for our wedding. He is such a vibe as is. Everything was absolutely perfect. First, our solo violinist, Katherine, was incredible. She learned two Mozart songs just for us and cut and played them beautifully for our processionals. She is so talented and it was like having our own personal concert. It made our--otherwise very short and simple-- ceremony so special. Second, our DJ--Gabe-- was perfect. We were worried that it might be difficult to keep our relatively small group dancing, but Gabe pulled off the perfect mix of salsa, 80s, contemporary (and more) that kept our families (of all ages) on the floor the whole time. We had a blast and we owe it to Gabe's great mix. He was able to set up inside for dinner and outside for dancing. The process for making suggestions and working through the details was so smooth and everything felt so personalized. Everyone at GLT was so great to work with and we really appreciate their thoughtfulness and professionalism throughout the process (including having to postpone the wedding during Covid).

Gabe was our DJ from Greenline and totally killed it! Every guest at our wedding had a BLAST and kept saying how great his music was. He held a call with us prior to our wedding and asked us many questions to ensure we were on the same page. He was very professional, came on time, and knew the schedule so well. This team is amazing! They were so easy to work with and always responsive. We had a major error (on our part) and realized our wedding date on the contract was wrong… only a month or two before our actual wedding date. He also took all of our suggestions and was able to give us the environment we wanted for all the different parts of the ceremony. We used Green Line Talent for our recent wedding and they were beyond amazing. I can say without hesitation that Gabe was the best DJ I've ever seen at a wedding, and I'm not just biased because it was my wedding. I was apprehensive when looking for a DJ as I believe a DJ can make or break a wedding. I have been to a million weddings, and so often the DJ is lackluster or doesn't "read the room" well. We didn't know where to start, as there are so many great DJs in Chicago. We were initially interested in Green Line because it is family owned and reserves a portion of its profits for animal rescue charity, which is very meaningful to me. They ended up far exceeding my expectations. Gabe thoroughly understood our musical style and the vibe we were going for from the very beginning and achieved it to absolute perfection. The dance floor was packed all night, and all of our guests from their 20s to their 70s had a blast (including our guests who swore they would never dance in public). Even my mother who is in a wheelchair insisted on getting on the dance floor and "chair danced". Gabe expertly read the room and paced the music perfectly. There was possibly one instance where the dance floor thinned out, and Gabe seamlessly changed the song and within about 10 seconds everyone was back out there. No one wanted the evening to end, and people stayed on the dance floor even after the wedding ended. Gabe was also a great emcee throughout the event, making all of the announcements on point but never being obtrusive or overly talky. Erica and Elissa were communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality of service. Super impressed and highly recommend!

I was so impressed with the services provided by Green Line Talent (GLT). We used Green Line for its DJ services and for a string trio. First, GLT asked for what music we were interested in both generally and what we want on our wedding day and other questions to give us a few suggestions on DJ. They matched us with Gabe based on our our musical preferences and the vibe we were going for on our wedding day. They matched us perfectly because Gabe was absolutely amazing. He was very open and receptive to our choices, and he even fended off a wedding guest who kept asking for a song that was on our Do Not Play list. Based on our conversation with him, and the detailed form that we filled out pre-wedding (which was very organized and comprehensive), Gabe nailed the tone that we wanted throughout the night. He was a great DJ, really professional yet fun, and I would highly recommend him and GLT for any wedding.

I can not begin to say enough great things about Gabe. We had a few conversations about our music style and Gabe ran with it and blew us away. Some of the music we are into is a little less popular and I thought I would have to get him all the tracks and just did not end up having time to do that. BUT Gabe did amazing. He found all of our favorites based on the list we sent him of our favorite artists and he played our slower jams during cocktail hour and dinner and mixed it in with some awesome jams for the reception. He read the crowd so well. Never have I been to a wedding where the entire party, and no I don't mean the just the bridesmaids and groomsmen, but all of the guests at the entire wedding is singing and dancing to Bohemian Rhapsody. Older folks, young folks - my DAD! It was incredible. I also can not believe the timing on the music for the ceremony recessional. We didn't even have time to go over a que for the music. He just listened to the song, and went with it and man, it was PERFECT!

My husband and I had planned a small low-key wedding but we did want to have a great time and have a proper dance party at the end of the night. We decided pretty late in the game to hire a professional DJ. Despite the short notice, the people at Green Line Talent were incredibly helpful and very responsive. Our wedding DJ Gabe was very easy to talk to and on our wedding day it was clear that he had really understood what we were going for. Even with some very particular requests such as Belgian and Indian songs, he didn't disappoint. He worked them seamlessly into an already perfect playlist. Not only did my husband and I appreciate this, all of our guest were on the dance floor too. We definitely got the dance party we had hoped for. One of the best choices we made for our big day!

Gabe did a great job with the whole process. He was calm and friendly during the planning process and the day of the wedding. Things went smoothly the whole night -- even when my best man jumped the gun with the toasts. Gabe was able to kept things flowing and rearrange the schedule to get everyone fed in time. After making introductions for dinner and toasts, Gabe opened the dance floor and set the mic down to focus on playing the music. He didn't try to be the center of the show, and played the role of DJ, not MC. As far as planning went, we gave pretty loose guidance with a list of bands and songs we like, and he was able to put together a great set. Our friends thought it was a great representation of our tastes, and the dance floor was full the whole night. Erica and Elissa were great with managing the logistics -- prompt and friendly the whole time. If I were to have another wedding, I'd use them again without a doubt. You won't be disappointed either.

I highly recommend! They have many different DJs to choose from and connect you with one who they think is best suited for what you want at your wedding. They have great recommendations and also are really good at following what you want for you wedding. They also gave us up to 7 days before our wedding to change song recommendations which was super helpful. Very professional and make you feel secure about your decision throughout the process.

We used Green Line to book a musician for our ceremony and cocktail hour and a DJ for our reception. Brandon Reisdorf played guitar for the ceremony and cocktail hour. He learned multiple songs for us, was an exceptionally good communicator, and was highly organized. He was absolutely fantastic and exceeded my expectations. He created a beautiful and fun atmosphere. Gabe Cozzens was our DJ for the reception. I told him that I wanted him to play as many songs as possible in his 3 hour set, and holy cow, did he deliver! Everyone was coming up to me telling me how great the DJ was and how fun the dance floor was. One friend said it was like a powerhour of his favorite songs. It was seriously a blast. I highly recommend Green Line for booking your wedding music!
