As you may have guessed, we are big fans of adding a live music element to our events. Got some talented friends who want to make a cameo? Great! Your DJ will be happy to interface with their performance.

Here are some tech specs you can share with them to ensure smooth execution...(If this is all Greek to you, no worries! Feel free to put us in touch with the performers, and we can assess what is needed).

Amplification
Your musician pals are more than welcome to utilize our wireless handheld mic & stand, or plug into the second channel on our PA system mono with a XLR, RCA or 1/4" cable. For performances with more than one instrumentalist, they will need to furnish their own instrument cables, plus a small mixer to sum the tracks, or rent one from us for $200. 

Guitars
We always recommend that guitar players bring their own amps, simply because they add so much character to the performance. (Chances are your guitar-playing friends will agree!) That said, a solo acoustic guitar can also be mic'ed using our wireless mic on a stand, or ( if you don't mind a bit of a "vanilla" tone), an acoustic guitar with a pickup can be run through our PA directly at no additional charge.
