These are just a few samples to give you a snapshot of what we have to offer. We are always happy to customize our mixing and song selection to suit your style. 

Martin Arredondo is one of those singular "work-hard-play-hard" types, who's never been known to shy away from a good challenge. Since his early days growing up on Chicago's Little Village (aka "La Villita"), Martin has been known for his ability to dream big, and get things done. To quote our favorite Better Call Saul, Martin's got what we like to call a "stick-to-it-ive-ness" that is simply contagious.

Martin picked up a love for house music as a teen, and saved up for his first DJ setup while still in high school. He began tirelessly combing crates to build his signature collection of hip hop, rock, electro house, funk and Latin music. Martin managed to maintain an active DJ practice, erstwhile earning a BA in Finance and Engineering Minor at the University Of Illinois. His ambition and hard work earned him a job at the prestigious Deloitte accounting firm, where he has paved the beginnings of a promising finance career. 

Martin is now turning his focus back to his musical roots, and building his reputation as a top shelf private events DJ, working numerous private and nightlife events around the clock, including residencies at the Electric Hotel Night Club & Hubbard Inn. (Literally: don't be surprised if you catch him closing out a raging club set at 6AM, or providing the soundtrack for an elegant corporate cocktail party. He does it all!) This veritable Man-About-Town would love to be a part of your next big event. ​

DJ Martin was a perfect match for our July 2021 wedding. He kept the dance floor going the entire night! My fiance and I gave Martin a playlist with some of our favorite songs, including my parents' wedding song. He made sure all the ones we wanted got played, and everyone had a fantastic time! Green Line Talent was great, and easy to work with! We live in TX so had to plan for our Chicago wedding from a distance, but felt confident with our decision to go with GLT from the start. They have a great platform where you can learn a little bit about each of their DJs - their styles, inspirations, etc. - and we chose to go with Martin. We were easily able to chat with Martin leading up to the big day, and they provide a great planning sheet to ensure everyone was on the same page as far as what types of music we wanted to hear. During introductions and dinner, Martin acted as MC to keep everything flowing smoothly, introducing the wedding party and speakers accordingly and once it was time to party, party we did! The dance floor was always crowded, and filled with people of different age groups. Martin read the room and chose songs perfectly! Overall it was an amazingly fun night, and I would highly recommend Martin and the whole GLT team!

We hired Green Line Talent for our August 2019 wedding and worked with Martin. He was amazing, the dance floor was so much fun. Everyone loved the energy and my guests had a blast! Martin also went above and beyond and pitched in to help when another area had a small malfunction, he was amazing! One of the best vendors we had and so happy we had him on our team! You will not regret hiring them and work with Martin!

Even a month later our family and friends are still talking about the music at our wedding. Everyone was so impressed with our DJ and couldn't get over how packed the dance floor was the entire evening. Even before our big day - Martin was very accommodating with all our requests and mad the planning process so easy! He even cut a customized song for us for our first dance. He was also flexible with a few last-minute issues we had with our venue. Also, my husband's family is Mexican and mainly speak Spanish. My family only speaks English. DJ Martin spoke in both languages, making everyone feel included, and played a good balance of Mexican and American music. Like I said the dance floor was packed the entire night!! We WILL be hiring Martin again for any of our DJ needs, and would highly recommend him to anyone else.

Martin was an excellent DJ!!! I cannot thank him enough for performing at our wedding. DJ Martin was very professional, responsive, and considerate. He was very flexible and is a master of his trade. He kept the crowd alive and everyone were dancing all night long! Highly recommend! I will definitely hire again for another event!

Martin was the best choice for a DJ! He was extremely professional, polite, and respectful. Martin took a lead on coordinating the event timeline the day of. All of our friends enjoyed the party. The dance floor was never empty once! Martin did very well mixing in current/popular music with songs we specifically requested. I highly recommend him!
