Gabe was the perfect choice for our wedding. We are very big music fans and were nervous that our wedding DJ might not understand our specific needs and choices we had planned for the event. Green Line Talent was the obvious choice for our December 2018 wedding after contacting multiple DJ companies in the Chicago area. Erica and Elissa were so responsive and easy to work with, and great at addressing our concerns, above and beyond anyone else we spoke with. We used Green Line Talent for our wedding in September. It was great working with Green Line Talent and Kyle for our wedding. We can’t thank Kyle enough for his great work. During the booking process Erica and Elissa were quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Kyle was absolutely fantastic as our DJ. We had an outdoor ceremony and indoor reception at the same venue and Kyle executed perfectly on setting up sound for both areas of the venue. He was accommodating in our requests for a hand microphone for the officiant during the outdoor ceremony and indoor for speeches. Kyle is detailed orientated, prior to the wedding we exchanged several emails and had a phone call to go over our preferences. He played everything we were hoping to hear and filled in the gaps perfectly. Additionally, he made sure the volume of the music was at a good level for cocktail hour and dinner. He confirmed names prior to introductions. During the reception, the dance floor was full the entire time. We received many compliments about the music, Kyle played a great mix that entertained all age groups. He helped us out with a few special song requests as well. It was important for us to have good music that people would want to move their bodies to at our wedding. Green Line Talent, Elissa in particular, was perfect for this. I think most people were truthful when they said our wedding was one of the best parties they had ever been to and Elissa played a huge rule in making it a memorable bash. We used Green Line Talent for our wedding on 7/28/2018. I don't even know where to start, bc they were just absolutely amazing! We honestly didn't know where to begin when looking for a DJ bc we have not been to a wedding in the city. We decided to check with our venue, Salvage One, to see who they recommend.

I went on the GLT website, and it was just so easy! I was able to check out each DJ's samples, and just listened for hours. Emailing with Erica and Elissa was wonderful, they were always so quick to respond. We decided on Kyle based on his samples, and I can't say enough good things about him! Right after we booked, he emailed us with a very detailed questionnaire, and mentioned we could meet or chat before the big day. But to be honest, his questionnaire was so amazing, thats all we needed to feel confident about the music for our day. And let me tell you, he exceeded any and all of our expectations. The day of, we came to the venue early to take photos, and thats when I met Kyle. I just remember introducing myself and how genuinely kind and happy he was, so I felt even more comfortable from that moment on. Everything, from the ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner, to the dancing was PERFECT. My niece and nephew danced the night away, and keep asking me if we can go back to the day of the wedding to dance some more bc it was their favorite day ever!

Elissa had everyone on the dance floor for the entire night. When we reached out to her originally, she was very communicative and offered to Skype with us so we could tell her about our wedding, our musical tastes, and what we were looking for. When my husband and I met four years ago, one of our initial attraction points was our shared passion for music. Zach is a professional and talented DJ. His in depth-knowledge of music theory and audio equipment shines through in not only his performances, but also in his ability to assess any problematic situations that may occur during the setup of equipment. I have played numerous shows with Zach, and each time he was on-time, quick to setup, and a joy to be around. He knows how to take his job seriously while also having and providing a good time. Unlike some DJs, he is very open to any music that you want played at your event, and will customize/tune any performance to your liking. Green Line Talent and DJ Kyle are wonderful! Our wedding was at Lacuna Artist Lofts in mid-August. We needed to find a DJ to provide music for our ceremony, a microphone for our officiant, and music for our cocktail hour that were held on the rooftop, then music for our reception inside. Green Line Talent was so responsive and reasonably priced when we were looking for a DJ. About a month before our wedding, we met with DJ Kyle to discuss our music taste and share ideas of songs we wanted played during different parts of the event. DJ Kyle rocked my best friend's wedding! Although I am a DJ myself, the bride refused to allow me to work on the night of her wedding, so of course I was so relieved that Kyle was such a tasteful, professional, and FUN DJ to keep us moving all night long! There were a lot of last-minute change-ups the day of the wedding due to weather issues, (we were basically caught in a monsoon!), and Kyle ended up hitting all of his cues without skipping a beat. He had every member of the bridal party's names listed out phonetically, and he even worked in a special original song that the groom wrote for the cake cutting! We worked with DJ Elissa, and she was easy to work with, always responded to emails or calls in a timely manner, and when it came time for our wedding, she did a terrific job. DJ Elissa was so great—excellent communication, helped us figure out timing for everything, worked well with the venue and our other vendors, and set everything up seamlessly. She was also great at announcing speeches and stuff like that, but didn’t make her presence the focus of the attention. We also thought it was just plain cool to have a young, hip woman as our DJ. We got so many compliments on the music too! Many of the older guests noted their appreciation that the music wasn’t too loud for them, and the younger guests commented on how good the song choices were. After our venue, my wife and I probably spent the most time looking for DJs. We are both music-lovers, and it was very important to us to have a DJ who would reflect our tastes. We ended up working with DJ Elissa, who was an absolute joy from start to finish. We worked with DJ Mike for our senior prom, and he rocked the house! Even some of the teachers were out on the floor, which is somewhat of a modern miracle. We spent two months looking for the perfect DJ and ended our search as soon as we met Elissa. She is the most professional, responsive, and down to earth DJ in the city. Initially, based on her mixes, we unsure if she would be willing to play some of the floor fillers we craved (we were concerned that her sound was a little too indie for the type of dance party we wanted), but she more than delivered and went above and beyond the call of duty to make all of our desires met (even borrowing equipment from friends to make our 3 set-ups possible). My husband and I had planned a small low-key wedding but we did want to have a great time and have a proper dance party at the end of the night. We decided pretty late in the game to hire a professional DJ. Despite the short notice, the people at Green Line Talent were incredibly helpful and very responsive. We used Green Line to book a musician for our ceremony and cocktail hour and a DJ for our reception. Brandon Reisdorf played guitar for the ceremony and cocktail hour. He learned multiple songs for us, was an exceptionally good communicator, and was highly organized. He was absolutely fantastic and exceeded my expectations. Gabe did a great job with the whole process. He was calm and friendly during the planning process and the day of the wedding. Things went smoothly the whole night -- even when my best man jumped the gun with the toasts. Gabe was able to kept things flowing and rearrange the schedule to get everyone fed in time. After making introductions for dinner and toasts, Gabe opened the dance floor and set the mic down to focus on playing the music. He didn't try to be the center of the show, and played the role of DJ, not MC. The DJ John Norman made my wedding day such a blast! First I got put together with John after talking to Elissa who was so patient with me as I am very particular about music.  She suggested John and working with him was a blast!

First off he offered to meet my Fiance and I to talk through the music and what info we needed to give him.  He also ended up giving us so much helpful advice for planning at the meeting.  He was friendly and personable but always remained professional. 

He was really great at the event about checking in with me about when I wanted thing sto happen etc.  He actually I think did a lot more work than our Day of Coordinator to be honest  She kinda dropped the ball but he would just come over with a smile and ask about when we wanted to do the speeches/dances/etc. 

The dancing was the best part! He was great about keeping the floor moving! I had given him a list and he was good about balancing songs I wanted (I think there were a few songs where only I was dancing! but he knew I wanted them haha) and what he knew the crowd wanted.

My beautiful wife and I were married in May of 2015. When it came time to hire a DJ, Kyle was our first choice. He did an amazing job as the DJ at my brother's wedding a year before mine. Kyle was professional from the start. He sent us a questionnaire that went over our musical preferences and many other details about our big day. Kyle was always responsive to phone calls and emails, and we met in person a few weeks before the wedding to finalize everything. Zach DJed for an event I held at the end of this past summer. The show was a mini music festival where we had bands alternating between 2 stages all day. Zach was exceptional in many ways: he was enthusiastic and always wanting to help, he was reliable and easy to reach, he was present for the entire day and an integral part of our sound team, and both of his sets that night got people smiling and dancing. BEST DJ EVER!! I can go on and on at how amazing John was throughout the whole wedding planning process and for our actual reception. All night long our guests were coming up to us saying that he was the best DJ they had ever heard, let alone at a wedding, and how his blends were awesome.  I can not begin to say enough great things about Gabe. We had a few conversations about our music style and Gabe ran with it and blew us away. Some of the music we are into is a little less popular and I thought I would have to get him all the tracks and just did not end up having time to do that. BUT Gabe did amazing. He found all of our favorites based on the list we sent him of our favorite artists and he played our slower jams during cocktail hour and dinner and mixed it in with some awesome jams for the reception. We used Green Line Talent for our wedding on 7/28/2018. I don't even know where to start, bc they were just absolutely amazing! We honestly didn't know where to begin when looking for a DJ bc we have not been to a wedding in the city. We decided to check with our venue, Salvage One, to see who they recommend.

I went on the GLT website, and it was just so easy! I was able to check out each DJ's samples, and just listened for hours. Emailing with Erica and Elissa was wonderful, they were always so quick to respond. We decided on Kyle based on his samples, and I can't say enough good things about him! Right after we booked, he emailed us with a very detailed questionnaire, and mentioned we could meet or chat before the big day. But to be honest, his questionnaire was so amazing, thats all we needed to feel confident about the music for our day. And let me tell you, he exceeded any and all of our expectations. DJ Kyle rocked my best friend's wedding! Although I am a DJ myself, the bride refused to allow me to work on the night of her wedding, so of course I was so relieved that Kyle was such a tasteful, professional, and FUN DJ to keep us moving all night long! DJ Elissa was so great—excellent communication, helped us figure out timing for everything, worked well with the venue and our other vendors, and set everything up seamlessly. We spent two months looking for the perfect DJ and ended our search as soon as we met Elissa. She is the most professional, responsive, and down to earth DJ in the city. We used Green Line to book a musician for our ceremony and cocktail hour and a DJ for our reception. Brandon Reisdorf played guitar for the ceremony and cocktail hour. He learned multiple songs for us, was an exceptionally good communicator, and was highly organized. He was absolutely fantastic and exceeded my expectations. He created a beautiful and fun atmosphere. Gabe Cozzens was our DJ for the reception. I told him that I wanted him to play as many songs as possible in his 3 hour set, and holy cow, did he deliver! GLT was wonderful to work with! My husband and I used them for our November 2018 wedding. From the first email all the way to our wedding day the team was so easy to communicate with and made the process seamless. Erica & Elissa were always available to answer any questions we had and made the effort to make sure everything was running smooth. Zach was our DJ and he was also very easy to communicate and took the time to meet-up with us to discuss exactly what we wanted at our wedding. He accepted our goofy request (honestly goofy, a song from the Goofy Movie) for a walk-in song and was so accommodating to my mother-in-law who wanted to make the Mother/Son dance a surprise for my husband.

On the day of the wedding, he was ready to go with the music for both our ceremony and reception. He followed our music suggestions/must-plays to a T and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

Gabe did a great job with the whole process. He was calm and friendly during the planning process and the day of the wedding. Things went smoothly the whole night -- even when my best man jumped the gun with the toasts. Gabe was able to kept things flowing and rearrange the schedule to get everyone fed in time. After making introductions for dinner and toasts, Gabe opened the dance floor and set the mic down to focus on playing the music. He didn't try to be the center of the show, and played the role of DJ, not MC. As far as planning went, we gave pretty loose guidance with a list of bands and songs we like, and he was able to put together a great set. Our friends thought it was a great representation of our tastes, and the dance floor was full the whole night. Erica and Elissa were great with managing the logistics -- prompt and friendly the whole time. If I were to have another wedding, I'd use them again without a doubt. The DJ John Norman made my wedding day such a blast! First I got put together with John after talking to Elissa who was so patient with me as I am very particular about music.  She suggested John and working with him was a blast!

First off he offered to meet my Fiance and I to talk through the music and what info we needed to give him.  He also ended up giving us so much helpful advice for planning at the meeting.  He was friendly and personable but always remained professional. 

He was really great at the event about checking in with me about when I wanted thing sto happen etc.  He actually I think did a lot more work than our Day of Coordinator to be honest  She kinda dropped the ball but he would just come over with a smile and ask about when we wanted to do the speeches/dances/etc. 

The dancing was the best part! He was great about keeping the floor moving! I had given him a list and he was good about balancing songs I wanted (I think there were a few songs where only I was dancing! but he knew I wanted them haha) and what he knew the crowd wanted.

My beautiful wife and I were married in May of 2015. When it came time to hire a DJ, Kyle was our first choice. He did an amazing job as the DJ at my brother's wedding a year before mine. Kyle was professional from the start. He sent us a questionnaire that went over our musical preferences and many other details about our big day. Kyle was always responsive to phone calls and emails, and we met in person a few weeks before the wedding to finalize everything. Planning a wedding ourselves was hectic at times, so it was great when Kyle would proactively reach out to us with questions or reminders. Kyle also worked with our caterer on some logistical issues. Kyle arrived to our wedding dressed better than many guests, especially my weird uncles. Kyle is a confident MC. I can't imagine how the ceremony and the rest of the night would have been without him. Managing my family is like herding cats, but Kyle kept the party moving. While keeping our tastes in mind, he played a wide range of songs that appealed to our diverse group of guests. The quality of Kyle's audio system was top notch. I can't say enough good things about Kyle. He is an excellent musician, so DJing comes naturally to him. Zach DJed for an event I held at the end of this past summer. The show was a mini music festival where we had bands alternating between 2 stages all day. BEST DJ EVER!! I can go on and on at how amazing John was throughout the whole wedding planning process and for our actual reception. All night long our guests were coming up to us saying that he was the best DJ they had ever heard, let alone at a wedding, and how his blends were awesome. He truly went out of his way to make sure I (the bride) was happy as well as our guests. We chose Green Line Talent for our wedding and DJ Geoff did a great job. He was responsive throughout the planning process, working hard to put together the music mixes for the different parts of our day that were spot on to our tastes and preferences.  I can not begin to say enough great things about Gabe. We had a few conversations about our music style and Gabe ran with it and blew us away. Some of the music we are into is a little less popular and I thought I would have to get him all the tracks and just did not end up having time to do that. BUT Gabe did amazing. He found all of our favorites based on the list we sent him of our favorite artists and he played our slower jams during cocktail hour and dinner and mixed it in with some awesome jams for the reception. He read the crowd so well. Never have I been to a wedding where the entire party, and no I don't mean the just the bridesmaids and groomsmen, but all of the guests at the entire wedding is singing and dancing to bohemian rhapsody. I use DJs for my yoga company and Elissa was a GREAT find! I worked with her when I was hired by a corporate sponsor to produce a very large event. I had really specific needs in terms of music and Elissa offered me many options to choose from. In our consultation meeting, Elissa was incredibly attentive and promptly followed up with a sample playlist for me to listen to. She was responsive to my notes and ended up creating the perfect end product that included some great music I had never heard of (perfect for the event). I used Green Line Talent for a product launch party last month, and they knew just what to do to instill a cool cocktail party lounge vibe, which can be a tough thing to pull off at 4:00PM!
