As a female in the male-dominated mobile DJ world, I am all about reinventing the "norm" in private events. IMHO, it's no coincidence that my LGBTQ+ clients have proven to be some of the most inventive, loving, and exuberant people I've had the pleasure of working with, and I am happy to say I've maintained lasting friendships with many!

LGBTQ weddings remind us all that the weddings are about the individuals, not a one size fits all template. While I always try to make sure my weddings are customized, LGBTQ weddings bring an extra vivaciousness to the table. Plus- it’s simply ALWAYS a fun time.

If you've ever attended an LGBTQ+ wedding, it's undeniable that the couple's love transcends all. The wholehearted love and support in the room is always palpable, and tends to lead to some of the warmest and most vibrant celebrations I've been a part of.

Being closely-knit with the local LGBTQ+ community has given me the privilege to meet & DJ for some of the most lovely and amazing people out there. As a female DJ in a male-dominated field - I still run into antiquated misogyny and bias, so I make a strong point to have absolutely none of that in my life, nor in the events I host and DJ. My practice involves researching the guest list or audience beforehand, and becoming very familiar with not only the musical tastes, but also the preferred pronouns.
